A lot can be said about Tangles in graphs. Some will say that "Tangles describe highly connected regions in a graph" and others say "Tangles of graphs are ways of orienting their separations". The main goal of this talk is to serve as an introduction to Tangles; also, to briefly mention this object's connections to branch-decompositions, connectivity systems, k-inseparable subsets, etc.
