I might actually talk about the method of containers. This is a powerful technique that was only developed in the last decade and has been used to prove some long standing conjectures (and to simplify the proofs of many existing theorems). While we won't prove an example of a container lemma, we will instead talk about what these lemmas look like and how they can be used to prove a variety of combinatorial results.
